To appreciate Monique Linden, one must have come across some charlatan in the Real Estate business. I have met an agent who gave me an inflated price to justify the extravagant expenditures conducted by him. I was forced to take up a double page advertisement in a local Weekly at $11,000.00 per issue. I was forced to dress up the unit to look like a magazine at $5,000.00 a week for hire of furniture, paintings, bric-a-bracs, new paints, new carpets, photography, pamphlets, junk mail couriers, advertisements in the Internet, advertisement board with lighting for night viewing. Finally at the Auction, he forced me to lower the price! Monique did not such thing. The only expenditure was coloured photography and announcements of Inspections in the newspapers. She was down-to-earth and advised me truthfully about the market. She was always available for discussions day or night. She gave me frequent feed-back about her negotiations and the detailed results of Inspections. Because she was so experienced, she would concentrate on those prospective buyers who, she knew, were sincere. She gave buyers guidance as well as her client, the seller. She sold my unit in less than 4 weeks after the first advertisement. Monique is an agent you would want to call a friend.
